Brat at Climpson’s Arch is located in London Fields, Hackney, and the sister restaurant to Michelin-starred Brat in Shoreditch. Both restaurants, headed up by Tomos Parry, specialise in open wood-fired cooking that draw inspiration from Tomos’ Welsh heritage and his time spent in the Basque region, with the Arch offering incredible seasonal dishes in a more laid back, casual setting.
