Add Sake to taste

We believe that Sake brings out the best flavour in food. But don’t just take our word for it, the science backs us as well. Sake hardly contains any iron or sulphides and as such, produces a clean flavour on the palate with umami bringing out the savoury flavours of delicate ingredients. While we are on the subject, it’s time to re-write the “rules” that seafood should always be paired with wine.

Sake is fast gaining popularity in the UK with more and more restaurants encouraging patrons to explore new ways to enjoy your favourite dishes.

If you are ready to give your tastebuds what they deserve, why not add Sake to taste your meal in a completely new way.

The campaign is designed to introduce, educate, and make London fall in love with Sake. We will focus on Umami, which translates in Japanese as the “Essence of Deliciousness.” For this campaign we will be focusing on the harmony of sake and seafood, one of the best pairing that enhances the umami.

This campaign will run from February 14th Valentine’s Day, and end on March the 18th giving you a 5-week window to explore the world of sake with some of the best restaurants in London.
